What is the OLSAT?
The OLSAT, or Otis-Lennon School Ability Test, is a nationally standardized multiple choice test that is often used to assess students for gifted and talented programs. It has gone through many updates over the years, and is currently in its eighth version and known as the OLSAT-8.
The OLSAT contains many unique question types which can make it particularly difficult, especially for young children. Preparing for the test and familiarizing them with the OLSAT’s specific questions can go a long way toward helping your child succeed on test day.
