Elm Academy takes great pride in providing materials that are accurate and helpful. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.
Customers are eligible to be considered for a refund if:
- They have not used the course or any part of the product.
- There were technical issues with the product that prevented the customer from using the product and that could not be resolved.
- The customer found the product to be unhelpful as it was not relevant for the test they took.
- The request is made within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
