Customers are eligible to be considered for a refund if:
- They have not used the course or any part of the product.
- There were technical issues with the product that prevented the customer from using the product and that could not be resolved.
- The customer found the product to be unhelpful as it was not relevant for the test they took.
- The request is made within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
